How to Inspect Your Car Tire

Alright, I'm going to show you the important things you need to know when inspecting the tires of a vehicle. If the vehicle is a total loss or the tires' attributes replaced, you want to make sure you got the accurate condition of the tires documented. I take a tread depth gauge just as this. I use the -- it's based on 30 seconds of an inch, you go ahead and take the tool, you put it right in the tread and on this example right here, it says it is 430 seconds of an inch. So that shows you the actual wear of the tires. Also you want the document the type of tire, this is for example, a Michelin and the size which is a P245/70R16. You can get this right on the tire. So that's you can inspect the condition of the tire.
