Berbs: This is Berbs from PC Addicts and I'm going to show you how to install RAM on a laptop, and so many RAM in laptop is a little bit different than in the desktop computer, mainly finding the RAM on this laptop I remove five screws and then I removed, the panel covering it, pretty straight forward, some laptops you may there may just be one little door for the RAM other laptops may have one stick of RAM on the bottom of the laptop and one under the key board which is not very funny get that. So wait now I've once take a RAM in the laptop, that you slash for RAM, in case you wondering this is what laptop RAM looks like, So lots more than desktop RAM of course it has to fit into laptop. And may be a little difficult to see, but basically there is two rotating clips on the side here, and you want to match up the notch on the RAM with the notch on the mother board, put it in and about bit of an angle here, see how is sticking up or see if I can get better here.
So right now you can see the RAM is an angel that pushed in to the slide, now I need to do is push it down, that's basically here, I want to make sure it's properly seated in there, looks pretty good, now you put the laptop back together turn it on if it boots and cease the RAM they are all okay if it doesn't or the computer doesn't boot you going to have to remove the stick and dry again if that doesn't fix it then probably got a that stick of Ram.
