Male Speaker: This is what all the components required for the R2C performances cold air intake system for the 4.0 L V6 mustangs and this what the kit looks like. Now we are going to get started installing it. We are going to start by disconnecting the negative battery cable, and now we have disconnected the negative battery terminal we are going to remove the factory air box fastener by using a ten millimeter socket. Okay next we need to remove the intake to crate then the crane case too. So we are going to do that and just have to loosen it up. And this one you have to pull this down and over and then yup and around it just comes off.
Okay next we need to remove the math connector just slide the red clip out and then pull it back and there we are going to pull out the factory air system. I mean we are going to go and pull these screws out and keep the massive Philips head screw there we go. Al right next we are going to trim the factory crane tube right here. There is two bends you want to right after the second bend here. Al right now we are going to insert the fitting into the under side of the intake tube to do that. We have got this little rubber grommet have to get that in there. Once you get the grommet in there take the white elbow and insert that in there. Then you can take this new hose and put it on into that.
Okay next we are going to put together all the in take hosing component this piece goes on the front and you have four screws that you have to line up with the hose here. And then this piece goes on the back and you have to line up those same four holes. Okay next you need to attach the filter the filter housing. The rubber side here is going to be on the top side when you install or sort of recommend putting the screw on the top side for ease of cleaning one circuit is installed. So you just slide it on and tighten it up with the flat head. Al right now we are going to attach the mounting brackets the first one goes here on the fender. Next then take your 516 socket and just screw back in here that we got to take out so you could put that other bracket on.
Okay next you want to tighten up the screws and bolts that is supplied with the kit to secure the intake housing. Now we are going to move on to the next step. Al right next we are going to install the two connector holes on to the filter adaptor with the claims provided make sure that you have the screws up or you can to on. Okay now we are going to install the tube connector on to the frontal body. Okay next we are going to install the factory mustang first sensor into the R2C in take two middle side goes up. Okay and then next you need to install the in take two. We are going tight finish tightening this up over here then install the head on the throttle body. We are trying to knock down al right now we are going to connect our current case tubes the one that we put in the bottom of the in take tube and the one that we cut earlier is going to slight that In slight that as far as you can in there. And now we are going to reconnect the mustang flow sensor slight that in and push the red button down.
Okay next we are going to reconnect the negative side of the battery terminal and then we are going to go over and double check all our connections make sure everything is tighten down.
