your cat or dog’s routine to do so a month before the baby arrives. Also make sure your dog is
well trained and take your pets to the vet to update their shots and make sure they’re parasite
free. After the baby is born, take an article of its clothing and bring it to your dog, so he can
become familiar with the scent. Eventually you can bring your dog closer to sniff the baby. Also,
cats have the tendency to jump into the crib with your baby, which can be very dangerous. To
avoid this, before the baby arrives, put something in the crib that your cat doesn’t like, this
