How to Juggle - Forehead Catch

I’m going to step into the ball and catch it on my forehead. Should we try it too?

And again it gives a good variation of the trick. When I practice this, I want to practice with the red ball. All I’m going to do is simply throw the ball up, and so at its height when the ball first to come down, that is when I catch it on my forehead.

And also I want to wrinkle it up my forehead as much as possible, to give it some grip with the ball. So I’m going to simply going to practice throwing the ball up and a lot of times I try to step into it a little bit and hold and it goes up. So when you put it on with your routine, a gain I’m going to take the red ball, and try to catch it on my forehead.

And hope you hold it there for a moment or two, okay, and that is the forehead catch.
