Here’s how you do the over the head juggle.

In order to this, I break it down again. I just practice with two balls and what it is basically I’m sort of pushing the balls up. So one, two—and catching it, and it takes a little while to get that feel, again I’m trying to keep that X.

Balls going underneath each other and simply just start in that position and try to get as many throws in as possible. It make take a few minutes but it gives you a nice variation of doing some low juggling tricks and then you go up high and do some of those tricks as well, so that is the over the head juggle.
