I would like to call this slow motion juggling. Scarves can give you the variety to your juggling routine that you are looking for. Some people find them out even easier than balls.
One difference between scarf juggling and ball juggling is to keep your palms down, catching and releasing. Practice with one, throw across your body and catch straight down, some other end is going to go across and my left catches it straight down and my left goes across straight down. Practice this with one scarf. Get a field for the timing and the speed of the scarf.
Now, we are ready to go two, Say, throw, throw, catch, catch, that is what we are going to be doing with the scarves. I will bring my right hand across and my left hand across and then I catch straight down left, right, right, left, left, right, throw, throw, catch, catch, throw, throw, catch, catch.
Try starting with your left hand, throw, throw, catch, catch, throw, throw, catch, catch. Once you get that down, let us add the third one, grab the scarf in your in the palm of your hand then with your pincher fingers, hold down the one that your first is going to release, that will be right, left, right, left. Remember, we throw across our body and catch straight down. Let us give it a try. Roll, throw, throw, throw, throw, that is scarf juggling.
