How to Keep Fit with a Dog

Hi, I’m Dr. Bruce Dan. We’ve all heard how important it is to be physically active but you don’t need an expensive gym membership or some fancy equipment, all you might need is a leash in a dog on the other hand.

A recent study in Australia compared to that typically levels of people with and without dogs. Well, some dog owners never took rover for a stroll, others walks their pooches everyday, every two or three walks a week. As a result, the dog owners were much more likely than non-owners to get recommended levels of exercise. Expert’s advice that we need about 20 minutes a day and has moderate activity like walk in a k9 companion—so, when it’s time to take—for a walk don’t view it as a chore, see it as an opportunity to squeeze in some exercise. You’ll be helping yourself and your pooch.
