Carry through on all paper work and deliverables. Always tell the truth, clear communication is key to managing expectations and preventing disappointments after the fact. Keep your word; follow up with her to make sure all deliverables and promises are met and to her satisfaction.
Mostly satisfied on women consumers complain that the sales person doesn’t meet the expectations following the sale. Keep in touch, remember women consumers were all figure and that will have it rewards. Sending a card for the holidays, on her birthday or maybe the anniversary of the sale for example will leave a lasting impression with her. Send her an article of interest or relevance; send her with written note that could have a big impact on her. Be more than a resource; be interested in her success and in her business. Never let her forget that you want to be on her team.
