How to Keep Your New Year Resolutions

Here is one of my favorite recipes. It is called the South Western Chicken Salad. I love it and so do my kids. It is so quick, it is so easy and it is healthy. All you do is start with a little bit of shredded lettuce, and then I threw a little bit of the kidney beans on top and some corns, so good for you, all these great veggies, a little green onion, and also a little olives if you love them. And then on top, you place our wonderful South Western Chicken by Tyson. Refrigerate it, it is already fully cooked which is great and if you want to add a little salsa on top instead of salad dressing, oh, it is so good. Plus you save calories that way instead of a dressing. So there it is, our South Western Chicken Salad. You will love it.
