How to Keep Your Wedding Under Budget

Don’t spend a lot of money on champagne toast. Most people don’t even drink it, they’ll take one sip and they’ll put it down. Let people drink at toasts with whatever they want to drink. That way, they’ll actually finish their drink and you don’t have to worry about hard earned money getting poured down the drain.

All brides want a little something extra special for their wedding. One way to do that is to come up with a signature cocktail. Today, I’m making a blueberry lemonade. We’re going to take two parts of blueberry vodka, one part sour mix, shake and then we’re going to top it off with just a little bit of club soda for some sparkle and a skewer of fresh blueberries.

Toast, toasts are something that everybody does at their wedding reception. It’s critical to not let toasts go on and on. What you want to do is you want to make the toast fast, efficient and not by too many people. The night of the rehearsal dinner, toast all night long. But at the reception, it’s theatre, it’s all about doing it right.
