How to Keep your Christmas Tree Fresh

Allan Smith: The American Christmas Tree Association projects that over 33 million cut trees will be sold this year. And that’s a little more than last year in fact, but you know to made there is nothing quite like the smell of a fresh cut tree to give the house that fragrance of the holidays. Keeping it fresh is the key, and there are few things you can do to heal. First, you want to choose the freshest tree possible. Simple fresh tests are to holding them about six inches from the tip and gently pull it toward you. If the tree is fresh like this one, the needle should stay on the lamps and fallow up in your hand.

But long you laid them on the quicker your tree will become dry and it’s always a last to unplug them if you’re going to be away or before you go to bed.
