So, because I have to work on this part of my body, my bum and my thighs, my legs in general, I decided to make it more fun and learn something about martial arts and the first thing I learned was the snap kick.
So, you put your hands like this close to your body and then you kick the back leg and the knee up first, this is important thing to push the knee up as much as you can and then kick, and you can kick with your heel. If you are going to kick somebody, kick him with the heel. It is apparently better than with your toes because you might break your toes.
So, kick like that and you have to bring back the leg back down to be ready for another quick kick. So, I am going to do this until I get completely exhausted and I have to tell you, this is a great workout, so try this and tone your legs with this exercise.
