Speaker: Okay. You are going to be shown eight food, can you name them all, which one is the most nutritious, or with the highest fat content, most calories? Which one had the highest sodium content?
Unlike the cereal box, lot of foods don't have -- well, they just simply don't know what's in them. For example, this ham looks good, but is it healthy? What about this cheese; what's the fat content of this cheese? What about the sodium level? You have got to think about that. This tomato; is it really that healthy, and what exactly is in a tomato?
Of course, ever since we were in school, we have been told how healthy the apple is. My question is, is it really all that healthy? Does it have vitamins and minerals? How much?
Then you have my all time favorite, the banana. I love bananas. Then you have this commercially prepared rice, with little bits of noodles in them. Is it really healthy? What about the fat content? Is it anything like this poor chop which has this mushroom gravy on it? Can this thing be healthy for you?
Anyway, there is the broccoli, hmm, you like broccoli? Well, like I said, a lot of these foods simply did come with labels, as you find on a cereal box. So did you answer the questions?
