How to Learn Reiki Healing

Hi I am Stephanie Kraft and I am a Reiki master teacher, I am showing you how to do Reiki. Right now I am explaining what is involved in learning Reiki. Reiki is very easy to do and everyone can do it. All you need is an attunement. An Attunement is an activation of the Reiki energy within you. It's like opening up the channel for the Reiki energy to flow through you. Everyone has the ability to do Reiki. It's just dormant within you until you receive the attunement. When you receive the attunement, the Reiki practitioner puts sacred symbols into your Crown Chakra and into the palms of your hands. The symbols are what activate the Reiki energy when you do the healings. There are three levels in Reiki, and you receive one attunement for each level. Reiki level one is for physical healing only. Level two adds emotional and mental healing as well as healing from a distance. Level three is the master teacher level, which adds healing on a soul or spiritual level. Once your teach your first class, you become a Reiki Master Teacher. So in level three you also learn, how to teach Reiki classes? So that's what's involved in learning Reiki. Next I am going to talk about how energy healing works.
