How to Link Layers in Photoshop CS3 I have two layers in my Photoshop document. I have my title and then I also have my underline and I always want my underline to be behind my title. It doesn’t make sense to have it in front of it. It would only disrupt what’s being read. So I can go ahead and I can link those layers together. In that way I can move these two layers together without ever having to worry about that line getting in front of my title. So to link layers go ahead and click the first layer that you want to link and then hold down your CTRL key on your keyboard and click the second layer that you want to link. Now you can link more than two layers if you want and they don’t have to be right beside each other to link them. So after you’ve selected the layers that you want to link then go ahead and at the bottom of the layers palette, click this link layers button and it will go ahead and link those layers together. You could tell that they are links because they have the chain links to the right of them on the layers.
