When you’re working with multiple text boxes in a document, there’s a really simple way to link those text boxes together so you can have your text continuously flow into the next text box.
So how are we’re going to that is go ahead and select the first text box where you want to begin your text at, that’s called your Source Textbox.
So go ahead and click it and you’re going to get this Textbox Tools menu. Click your Format, Tab and then look for your Text Section. Click on the Create link button and then click on the next text box that you want you want to have as the destination.
Okay now those two textboxes are linked together, so you could see what happens. We’ll go ahead and start typing.
And you could see that the text goes ahead and flows into the linked textbox. Now if you decide that you don’t want to have this textboxes linked together anymore, make sure that the Source Textbox is selected and then click on Break Link over in the text section of format ribbon.
