How to Locate the Leopard Intro Music on your Mac
Hey guys, I got a real quick tip for you. I got one message and he wants to know how he could find the Leopard Intro music. It’s in the system somewhere. He knows that he can’t find it and I’ll show you where to find it because a lot of people just ask me this. Pull up to your hard drive and open the window. Go to your main hard drive and the main hard drive will be a system folder, open the system folder. There will be a library folder, open the library folder, scroll down until you find another folder called core services. Inside core services, you’ll find an application called setup assistant and you find it right here.
What you want to do is right click it and select show package contents. Now we are at this folder named contents but what I want to do is I’m going to search it, for mp3. Now as you noticed as you type in mp3, this little search bar comes up and these mat contents will be highlighted. You want to set up assistant and when you do, that will bring up your intro sound right here and when you play it.
There it is. It’s not very long but a lot of people wanted to know where it is and that’s where it is. It is on setup assistant, strange place for you to know but if you think about it, it’s really not called test setup music. That’s the beginning music that you hear on the first part of it. So I hope this helps you find the music. So any questions let me know. This is Eric from final cut studio school.
