Today, I am going to tell you how to lose five pounds or more of water weight in two days without exercising and to lose five pounds in two days, you just have to follow these three steps.
Step 1
To get rid of a water weight fast, you have to start drinking lots of pure or distilled water because when you do not drink enough water your body will hold on to as much water as it can for you own survival. But if you do drink enough water, your body will have no problem flushing out excess water weight.
So, to begin losing water weight fast, you need to drink at least 1/2 to 1 ounce of pure or distilled water per pound of body weight. So for example, if you weight 200 pounds, you will need to drink 100 to 200 ounces of distilled or pure water everyday to begin flushing out water weight.
Step 2
Over the next two days, limit the salt or sodium you eat to less than 1500 milligrams. Eating too much salt, forces your body to hold on to water weight to process the extra salt you eat.
There are two ways you can flush out excess salt and water weight. You can do it the hard way by sweating out excess salt by exercising or you can use steam room or saunas for 10 minutes at a time. The other way you could flush out excess salt is the easy way, by drinking plenty of pure or distilled water. And the reason why you have to be drinking pure or distilled water the next two days is because pure or distilled water has no sodium or salt in it.
Step 3
Over the next two days, you want to limit the amount of carbs or carbohydrates you eat by going on a high protein, low carb diet. Did you know that each pound of carbs stored in your body has about three to five pounds of water weight packed into it? And if you do not eat too many carbs for the next two days, the carb stored in your body will burn up your energy along with the three to five pounds of water weight that was packed into it.
Okay, let us go with the three things you need to do to lose five pounds in two days:
1. You need to drink 1/2 to 1 ounce of pure or distilled water per pound of body weight.
2. Limit the salt you eat to less than 1500 milligrams a day. And if you find it hard to avoid a salt, do not panic—as long as you keep drinking enough water and/or find a way to sweat to flush out salt, you may be able to get away with eating a little more than 1500 milligrams of salt.
3. Going on a high protein, low carb diet to burn up the extra carbs stored in your body that half of the five pounds of water weight packed into them.
Now you could be carrying a no water weight at all or you could be carrying all the way up to 10 pounds or may be more of excess water weight which you could easily loss with these simple three steps plan, but the amount of water weight you lose all depends on how much salt, carbs, and water you were putting into your body before you started these simple three step plan.
Once you lose your excess water weight, to prevent water weight from ever coming back, drink at least 1 liter of water per day; eat no more than 5000 milligrams of salt a day; avoid high carb diets by eating a balance diet of carbs, protein, and healthy fats.
