Yo! haven't talk to you guys for about a week or so. May be more super busy just busy, busy, busy. Did a workshop over the weekend which I will tell you about a little later, at the end, it was absolutely fantastic. I learnt a lot what we can. Today I actually took a day off because that has been go, go, go, go, go. Needed a little break. But I am going to tell you guys about my favorite dessert these days. And you get sweet too somewhat not and you want something help you but we tend to gravitate toward the chocolate for the ice-creams and whatnot to particular types of yogurts that may have too much sugar in it for us.
But we are going to learn how to make chance favorite yogurt. So what I use is. Oh this is Straus. You guys get back. Organic plain yogurt and I know you guys are thinking oh he is playing out some nasty stuff. But we make a few modifications to it. Now you guys already know how I feel about dairy. I am not a big fan of dairy. If I am fan of dairy what I do like about dairy is raw stuff like raw milk, raw cheese, raw butter. They can't make raw yogurt and the reason why if you make a raw yogurt it’s different every time.
Okay and so it is different every time then you can't really put a label on. Then you have to put a label on yogurts. The label wouldn’t always be accurate. So that's why I can't buy raw yogurt. So I have to go with a haw. Make sure it is haw. Has some fat in that deal, it is nothing wrong with fat. And make sure its plain and it is got those good probiotics, the good bacteria acidophilus, the bifidus. The good stuff that will make you go poo and all that stuff and keep everything healthy in your intestines in your in digestion tract. So I use that and I sweeten it up with some of that Cheers Activia extract. This light is killing because you guys can't see any of this. Cheers Activia extracts right. So I put a little of that in there and it completely sweetens it up. It’s fantastic.
Then I put a little bit of psyllium husk powder in that deal okay. Psyllium husk powder doesn't go well with everybody. But I find that it does with most people. I will put about two tablespoons in there and you can't taste it. You don't even know that is there but it as 10 grams of fibre. So it is going keep you really full. Alright?
Then I will take some--I got whole nuts thing right here. I take some walnuts or some almonds or some any type of nut. I just make sure that it is raw and crush them up and I put in there. And then I will use a fruit. I either use a banana or I will use some berries. And the berries have fantastic because if you actually buy frozen organic berries. And you leave them out. There they start to melt a little bit and so it adds that color and adds flavoring to the yogurts. So you kind of have like a berry flavored kind of ice creamy taste going on. It’s fantastic.
So try that out. Let me review that. That is a haw plain yogurt by Straus. It’s organic. Okay with a scoop of Stevia powder. Okay with two tablespoons of fibre. Okay Psyllium husk powder with walnuts. Okay and you can go with a sliced up banana. Or you can go with some berries. Alright if you getting strawberries, make sure you go organic, as you go organic in general but strawberries are very particular about because they grow above the soil but they also grow on the soil. So there exposed all different types of a pest and fungi. Anyway so they have to really stray strawberries. So if getting a strawberries please make sure that you get organic.
