Mike Roussell: Hey nutritionist Mike Roussell here and what I want to talk about is one of the things you can do to make sure you lose weight as fast as possible.
Now, if you want to lose weight as fast as possible, its key that you are making it primary focus as there is a lot of talk about burning fat, building muscle at the same time but if you really want to lose weight, I mean is possible you can burn fat and build muscle at the same time but if you want to lose weight as fast as possible you make it your primary focus.
You gear everything you do towards your fat loss, right, your diet is a fat loss diet, you use the metabolic resistance training, you track it religiously, you tell lots of people what you are doing so you have that social support in that peer pressure so you keep going on and you know for about a month or so you can do it like 28 days, just a sprint, and you make that the primary focus of your life, you are going to lose weight faster than you can even imagine.
I can’t tell you how many people will put on 28 day rapid weight loss programs and they just make it their focus for those 28 days and they lose tons and tons of weight, you know 20 pounds, three inches on their waist, I mean all of a sudden they from being able to wear all of their clothes.
It’s really phenomenal and you can do it too and you just need to make it your primary focus, okay, so just focus 28 days, 45 days whichever one you want to use make fat loss your primary focus and you are going to lose tons of weight really fast, I guarantee.
