Sarah Dussault: Welcome to diet.com video, I am Sarah Dussault with Stephen Cabral body transformation expert. A lot of you guys at home have been asking for a lovely handle eraser ab exercise. So that's exactly what we're going to bring to you today. So Stephen, tell me a little bit more about this move.
Stephen Cabral: Well, it's basically a windmill, holding kettle bell, but if you don't have a kettlebell at home, you can still use a dumbbell or you can even use body weight or bands to do this. Today, I'm going to demonstrate with probably the best way to do this and that's kettlebell. So, I want you to hold it in your left arm and what I'm going to do is stand shoulder with apart or a little wider of that shoulders. So, and then you have to place your left arm up high above your head. Good. and what I want you to do is stabilize that weight, so already we have 70.6 pounds a pretty good amount of weight, but what I want Sarah to do is slowly inch down her right leg, stretching, you can see, she stretch her oblique right here on the left side, and then she is going to come back to the top holding the kettlebell above the head. Good.
So, she is getting isometric shoulder workout, at the same time as she is really working a love handle area on both sides actually, both internal and external oblique. And she is going to go for about 12 reps in each side; I want you to do one more rep, stretching down. Good, and back up. Alright, let's watch on other sides.
Sarah is doing 70.6 pounds like I said today, that's a kettlebell that we have, that we're using and just definitely getting a great oblique exercise, love handle type of workout right here. And so her knees are soft, but they're not super bent, and then definitely not locked out and that's one thing that you want to watch for because a lot of a people cheat by bending their knees too much.
Let's say, if you do one more. So get this one nice and deep, keeping the form tight and right back up, awesome job. Alright, that's it, so you did 12 reps on each side, nice kettlebell, windmill exercise, you'll definitely get the love handle layer.
