iv been told that doing workouts everyday can get your body accustomed to it and it wont work anymore...is that true for this workout?

I WAS ALWAYS UNDER THE IMPRESSION TO LOSE THE HANDLES,DO NOT USE NO MORE THAN 5 lbs. USING A HEAVY WEIGHT CAUSES THE OBLIQUE TO "BULK" UP. tO LOSE.. USE LIGHT WEIGHT WITH HIGH REPS.
