This is what were going to do today is make atomic wings and this kind of atomic wings are really excellent if you live in the city or an apartment or don’t have access to a barbeque grill and a deep fryer because you can make them right in the oven. So were going to start by making a delicious atomic barbeque glaze right now.
The first thing were going to do is start with about a tablespoon or three of white vinegar. And then were going to add some vegetable oil. You can use olive oil I prefer to use plain vegetable oil and now were going to add a touch of molasses and I'd say I add about two tablespoons, one heaping teaspoon of white sugar and that’s going to help you win the chicken creeks. Brown it a little bit under the heat. Rest it until it crystallize and will give these us a nice brand between the very spicy and the sweet.
So now the key ingredient of spices and were going to have a number of them. One which is chili powder. I would the mouth rider and were going to wind about a quarter t a half of two spoon at each and the chili powder. We can also use specially chili powder like this chili powder. And let just going to put some of that. Just a tart of squid hot, cayenne pepper. Basically very similar to what we just did that it got with a little more cork ends with pepper flakes with a little additional of zinc.
So you can tell already that’s there going to be a lot of spicy. This is probably the mildest of the Tabasco’s type pot sauces. It’s a pepper sauce. You can use this. You can Tabasco’s. There are lots of special the hot sauce on the market that are very, very, very hot. Its really up to you, you're preference. I don’t like a tremendously hot wing because I don’t like to be sweating and miserable when I'm eating but its really up to you.
So I'm going to add probably a full two spoon or two, two spoon of these which is basically going to whisk this together. And what we have here and obviously this manna sauce were covering a lot of wings but with taken just regular chicken wings we bought at the supermarket. We have removed the little in spears of the chicken or the little tip well like to call and leave separated into the traditional kind of wing portion and so with the geranium portion.
Were going to baste these wings and just apply the spicy sauce to each one. One thing you can do if you bake a little additional heat on the wings is to sprinkle some cayan right on top of the glaze. Were going to pop this and in the middle rack of the oven and it settle about 350 degrees and were going to let them cook for 25 to 30 minutes and that should be done.
So I'm going to grab this, these atomic wings out of the oven and then cook him for about 25 minutes right now and were working pretty good actually. I don’t think it have anybody result with this if you actually did them on the grill until that brown nicely and they basically done. The grave is a sunken into the chicken and they're ready to eat. So were just put them on a platter and serve it.
