Hello this is Chef John from foodwishes.com and today we are doing something called mustard glaze salmon. Damn that sounds boring but it kind it is but it is incredibly delicious. And it’s hard to something that has two ingredients of recipe but I'm going to. So here's the recipe, were going to take a couple teaspoons of rice and vinegar and were going to take about of tablespoon and a half of hot Dijon mustard or Dijon mustard. That Dijon mustard has a little bit of kick to it.
All right! Don’t use it if you use it you all start for you know I use this joke before it. Stop, stop watching my site. All right you're mixed that together with the vinegar, now that is the original recipe that I learned at the infamies carnelian ruins in San Francisco. Now what I do is spice up a little bit. I'm put a few drops of sugar I never s ay that right. Sugar it’s an Asian hot sauce and just a pinch of a salt and were going to give that a nice stir the spoon and that’s it. This is a really, really delicious glaze for salmon and that you know the deal is salmon.
We've talked about it before its so boring. We got to eat its so healthy but we run out of things to do with it, so pre-heat you’re boiler because it be just such a fast and easy dish. Put some foil on a baking sheet a couple drips of oil. There’s a couple five ounce flake and then evenly distributed or distribute if you prefer you're rice vinegar and Dijon mustard glaze. So let just coated it goes in the boiler. Put that five day minutes you know depends how thick it is.
So mind one of our six minutes the top was just beautifully grace. The inside still moist and medium and it just kind of sweet and sour a little bit spicy. I got all artistic there with some dots of the. The hot sauce the sweetener, a little bit of slaw and man that was a delicious dinner, so anyway go to the site get the ingredients. There's like two of them and as always enjoy.
