If you are serving Buffalo Wings, a homemade blue cheese dip is a must.

Hi! I am Chef Jason Hill. This Buffalo Chicken Dip comes together quickly and easily with just a few simple ingredients.

First, I start by crumbling a four-ounce block of blue cheese into a bowl. Now I add a quarter cup of buttermilk, quarter cup of mayo, one quarter cup of sour cream, one tablespoon of white wine vinegar, one small crushed clove of garlic.

Now I am going to stir this well. After stirring this well, I am going to give it a couple of dashes of whiskershire sauce, and some salt and pepper.

Okay. Transfer to a serving dish. This dip is also great on salads or a grilled steak. Enjoy!
