How to Make Bulgur Pilavi Part 2/2 So our givech needs a little more time before we add the rest of the vegetables. I’m just going to check on our Bulgur Pilavi and see how it’s doing. Also this is good, it’s done, and it soaked up all the liquid. Now what I like to do is what I do with rice; or anytime I make a rice or bulgur, I just like to put a paper towel underneath the cover, this way it allows it to really steam up nice and get really nice and flakey. Now we’re going to take a short break, when we come back we’re going to start on our delicious appetizer.
