How to Make Cajon Cocktail Sauce

Hi and welcome to Cajun Cooking TV! I'm Beryl Stokes and tonight, we’re going to show you how to make a simple cocktail sauce. Cocktail Sauce, of course, comes from the store already made but this is much better. So, we’re just going to take come ketchup in a small bowl and that for however many people you're serving. And then, we have a quarter of a lime here. You can also use lemon and squeeze that in. And then I have some prepared horseradish. This is Zatarain’s but if you get whatever brands available in your area. We’re going to put about two of these ice teaspoons of horseradish. You might want to put less but we like it hot. Stir it like that real good.

If it’s too hot for you at this point, just put a little more ketchup. And then, I have some special little dip in things here. Now, I'm just going to pour out some in each little dish so we each have our own little dipping sauce. And that, my friends, is how you make a homemade cocktail sauce.
