I tried his flan its really good but you don't need a water bath just cook low and slow. This receipe makes alot of flan!

You don't need to oil the containers. If the caramel is too lite, it will not give the rich flavor to really complement the flan. Of course, it depends on each individual.

Just add a pinch (1/8 tsp ) of salt and it will give a greater flavor, also, it is faster by not using water for the caramel.

AWESOME recipe and directions. Except the cook temp needs to be 350 and cook for 45-60 minutes. But love all the explanations that he gives. He totally knows what he's doing!

This guy talks too much and repeats himself throughout the video. He doesn't seem to know what he's doing since he is often confused and frantically searching for ingredients/ the recipe etc.

Flan is delicious; I, being a young french woman, enjoy this on special occasions with my family. But it's really not necessary to flirt with your food.... "sexy"? Especially if you don't seem to know much of what you're doing. Don't seem so uncomfortable in your own kitchen!
