Cheesecake:

Digestive biscuits, butter, cheese, cream, vanilla, sugar, cremefraiche, lemon jelly, and sugar.

Make the jelly with the half of the required liquid, read on the box. Crush the biscuits and mix with the melted butter. Place the cake ring on a plate and spread the biscuit mixture evenly and cool in the fridge. Take cream, cheese in a bowl. Mix cheese with icing sugar, vanilla, sugar and cremefraiche. Add the whipped cream and cooled jelly. Mix it all together. Pour the mixture on the biscuits and leave to cool in the fridge over night. Decorate with kiwi and physalis before serving.
