How to Make Chicken Cordon Bleu

This is chef MinSa 3000 and I’m going to show you how to make chicken cordon bleu. Now to start it off, you’re going to lay down a piece of plastic wrap and you’re going take a boneless, skinless chicken breast and just lay it on top of that. You’re going to take another piece of plastic wrap and lay it on top. Now, you’re going to pound this to about a fourth of an inch thick. You can use a meat mallet or a heavy pan works and you just want to tap it like that to get it done. Now that our chicken is pounded, we’re going to take the irregular side, the one that’s not smooth, we’re going out a slice of ham on it. We’re going to slice up some high quality cheese. I have some high quality provolone here and you’re going to slice it kind of thin just like that. You’re going to stack all the cheese up and put that in the middle of one slice of ham, a nice slice of ham we have. Now what you’re going to do is leave a little bit on top like that and roll it up just like an egg roll. Roll it to the sides just like that. And you’re going to take a piece of plastic wrap, put it over the top. Now you’re going to mince up some garlic, heat your oven to 350 and get a tablespoon of butter and then you can use some small measuring cup.
