Jason Hill: You want to make a great snack, wash up grab your apron, because we are going to make a chicken casadias.
Hi, I’m Chef Jason Hill and I’ve a few simple ingredients today that we’re going use to make this awesome Mexican dish. I have one half chicken brush that I boiled off, pepper jack cheese, flour tortillas, fresh green onion, fresh sea salt, small can of green chilies diced and a little bit of taco seasoning, small bunch of fresh cilantro, about half cup of whipped cream cheese lets start by shredding the chicken. Next add a pinch of salt and taco seasoning, slice the onion and add one tablespoon to the creamed cheese and mix well. Grab a small bunch of cilantro and chop finally into you have about a tablespoon. Add cilantro to the green cheese and mix well.
Next lets grade the cheese, we want about a cup spread makes evenly over the entire tortillas the symbol by adding some cheese, the chicken, green chilies and more cheese. Fold over the tortillas spray hot pan with cooking spray and place the casadia in the pan, cook on high with the casadia in brown, remove from pan and cut into four pieces, serve a sour cream and grab your favorite hot sauce.
