We’re going to take the celery, pepper, chili peppers, onion and tomato mixture. Put a little olive oil in the bottom of my pot. Medium heat, and we’re going to pour it right in. It’s been about 10 minutes. The vegetables have been sautéing on medium heat. The chutney going into little fry and then that’s going to take probably about another five minutes, we’ll keep coming back to that. Keep mixing all vegetables so we’re not burning the bottom. See the bottom is going to burn a little bit. Cock it most of the way just to really get the fat off a bit just so the fat it gets drained. Do you still see a little pink but you still can grab that which is what we want to get rid off.
And basically what I’m going to do is I’m going to scoop it in to this pot now. Now, I’m going to throw the hot foods in and jut brown this for maybe two or three minutes. So now, well that’s going on. You’re going to mix this into the vegetable mixture in here and make one big happy family. And I’m going to put a little pepper, maybe one or two tablespoons same thing with the salt. Now a little dark but then I’ll get to turn it around a little bit and we’re going to just pour it in into this mixture, this will get little mixing together. I’m going to put in the three tablespoons and the red pepper, a tablespoon of the cayenne pepper, three tablespoons of the chili powder, celery salt, and then the cumin it’s going to gives it a nice frita.
We have our horse radish and we put like half a jar in. I don’t think that’s enough. So I’m going to mix that all together. And then I’m going to take a little Tabasco, about 10. And I’m also going to use a little of Frank’s RedHot, about 10. You can count slower too. And I’m kind of mix it all together and then we’re going to add the crushed tomatoes and then you’re going to see it kind of start taking on a little bit of life. This is going to cook for about 10 or 15 minutes. Now, we’re going to put in our kind of red kidney beans. I’m going to take a little bit of beer, pour that into the mixture. And now just let it cook.
