How to Make Chimichurri Sauce

Ingredients 1 1/2 cups cilantro 1 1/2 cups parsley 2 cloves garlic 2 tbsp red wine vinegar salt and pepper to taste 1/4 cup extra virgin olive oil Instructions 1. Combine cilantro, parsley, garlic, red wine vinegar and salt and pepper in a Food Processor. 2. While the food processor is still running, add olive oil and continue to blend until all ingredients are well mixed. 3. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate for up to two days.

Speaker: Chili-cherry sauce is a scrumptious green sauce filled with fresh herbs. It brings all of the flavors of the garden to your plate. In a KitchenAid food processor, combine one-and-a-half cups of cilantro, one-and-a-half cups of parsley, two cloves of garlic, two tablespoons of red wine vinegar and season with salt and pepper. Then while the food processor is running, add a quarter cup of extra virgin olive oil to create an emulsion. Continue mixing all the ingredients together and serve immediately or cover and refrigerate for up to two days. Chili-cherry is a versatile Argentinean sauce. It can be used over poultry, beef and even as a salad dressing.
