I want to show you how to make a classic dessert sauce called ganache, very fancy name, oh ganache, people do not what it is because it is simple to make and I am going to show you how to do it right now. The first step is to buy yourself some real chocolate. A lot of those little chocolate morsels that you would get in the store are now worth a hell of beans. This is a quality chocolate and this one is a brand called Elray and this comes from South America and this is a 72 % bitter sweet chocolate, 72 % cacao. So it is a very high quality chocolate, you do not want to use a semi sweet, you do not want to use not sweet [audio cut]
