Welcome to Le Gourmet TV, today we are going to make some fudge. So we are starting with three quarters of a cup of butter in the bottom of my pan which we need to melt.
Once your butter is melted, you are going to add some evaporated milk, some white sugar and then bring that to boil and boil it hard for five minutes, stir constantly. All right so when it gets to the stage and you can now slice across bottom almost and it starts to pull away, you got about a minute left. All right perfect, so you got to remove that from the heat or turn of the gas and give it another whole stir I’m going to add our chocolate chips and some of vanilla and then some marshmallows.
You can use the little mini one that actually melts a little bit than the bigger ones give it a stir. Let them bake great in leave it across, get those marshmallows to melt in there. You can continue to add-on your marshmallows and just let them melt in to your fudge but I like to whip it up a bit, so I’m just going to stand mixer.
Jump of them, there you go, all right since its all whip up it is still hot so remember this it’s a little bowl. I am using a glass dish or in my case its extrema dish, you wont needs to grease it but if you’re using a metal pan or something like that. Spread it out fully porters let it cool, cut in to the square size you like, so there you have it marshmallow fudge. I hope you like it.
