Rachael Ray: Now I took some help from the store here because I don’t bake, I’ve got some
baking pie but I’m making a chocolate flavored whip cream to go up on top. So,
I’ve got one barb of semi-sweet chocolate, a little nip that’s two shots of orange
liquor and that’s the great budget friendly tip if you’re just going to cook with a
little bit by nip instead of the big bottle right. And I’ve got some semi-sweet
chocolate here as well. We’re going to melt it right in the microwave so we don’t
have to be, be set it in the pot. Now a pot this into 30 to 40 seconds can pop and
keeps turn it until all melts up. In a bowl I’m going to flavor of the cream itself.
I’m going to add about a shot or half of the nip of orange liquor, you could also
use in a set all by itself just to make different flavor whip creams throughout the
year. You can try some or some amarodo delicious are. Hazelnut, you could make
some hazelnut whip cream. I’m going to add some orange liquor about half the
bottle, about two cups of cream just eye bullet one, two and then I’ve got kind of
a Mexican thing go on here. So, I’m going to add a little bit cup of pinches
cinnamon, about a quarter teaspoon I’d say. And one pinch of spicy chili powder,
and then I’m just going to hand blended up until fix form and that’s it. Then I’m
going to fold the chocolate into it, okay.
Let’s grab the hand mixer here in the way we go with this. See I take the hope
from the store but I’m still doing something close to baking on using a mixer. The
swirls of chocolate spice going through there, oh yummy and that’s enough. Why
should I hassle with baking a big pie when I can have a big today just with the
chocolate spicy whip cream? Don’t be with that too much it looks kind of fun
with the swirly twirly, here we go must that all together all yeah! I can’t wait for
dessert.
