Female: What’s up and welcome to thread head, this week, we are hanging out Femme Fatale.
Male: A red little DIY boutique we found right around the corner from our house.
Female: Let us go inside and take a look around.

Female: Hi, my name is Chantal Savaresse and we are in Williamsburg Brooklyn at Femme Fatale Boutique. And I have started the shop because of my love and emerging mobile designers. My inspiration is retro styles, bomb shells and pimps and the love of classic movies.
One of my favorite local designers is Marne Meisel. She does interesting pieces of jewelry. Everything is one of a kind, very unique and very catchy. So here we have some designs of New York Couture. She has new fabric, but also she uses vintage fabrics. If you find pieces like this, very unique. Take an old man shirt and make it into a flatter dress.
What she has done here is taking some men’s underwear and make awesome flirty skirts. This is bag from Britney Moore for Hubris and Home Fries, she is a designer that takes vintage and uses apple case so as buttons, and everything is exceptionally sturdy. She makes very unique on of a kind bags.

Male: So while gray wolf wrote in, asking us about pockets. Can you give me advice and the best way to add cargo pockets the average jeans or dress pants?
Female: Pockets are pretty essential, but cargo pants are not. Well, what we are going to recommend to you is the detachable pocket.

Female: find some fabrics and draw a 17 inch by 14 inch rectangle and cut it out. Fold the rectangle into half, right sides together and pin around the perimeter. Now, you are going to sew a seam along the pin line living a three inch gaps so you can turn it right side out in the minute. When you are done sewing, turn the right side out and just move the corners and sew another seam around the perimeter.
Now, fold the pocket how you wanted, flip it over and mark out where you want it to go. Next, take out the middle thigh and cut off the tips. Fold down the right edge. Pin the thigh to the fabric where you need your marks and sew two seams to attach it. Now, fold the pin and sew the pocket together. You are almost done.
Let us make out with the button hold and take out the button and hand sew it on.

Female: Next, sew the button hole using a zigzag stitch and create a mini rectangle. Cut the slit in the middle and button it up. Then, all you got to do is flip under your belt and rock.
