Hi I am Chef Keith Snow, welcome to my kitchen. Another quick tip for you is making a very simple Cumin Cilantro Crema, sounds a little fancy and complicated but it is very simple, I will show you how to do it right now.
Great for tacos or on top of chili things like that. What we will do is start it out with some sour cream, and we will put about a half cup of perfectly measured sour cream, some lime juice, and that is maybe a tablespoon. Then this is Cumin and this one is ground and Cumin has got that really interesting smell to it, you can grind your own or you can buy it ground, make sure you use it up fast. Put one teaspoon in there, and then we are going to take some fresh Cilantro, just a little bit, we will roll it up tight and run our knives through it, just like that, so simple. Just stir this up and you have a very nifty way to use sour cream with some simple flavors, so put that on top of your next burrito.
