Sarah: Hey, everybody welcome back to another diet high five Friday, I am Sarah.
Katrina: And I am Katrina.
Sarah: And, today we are going to be showing you guys our top five picks for Super Bowl Sunday appetizer, yummy delicious meals because, the Patriots are going at the Super Bowl!
Katrina: And winning!
(Crowd cheering)
(Laughter)
Sarah: So, first we have potato skins. Now our version they are thinner we cut scooped out a bunch of the middle potato and we put on fat free cheddar cheese, sprinkled on some bacon bits, a fat free sour cream with a little green onion garnish. Now, ours are really delicious. People would not notice that you are trying to be healthy by scooping out the insides and for ours it is 146 calories versus potatoes skins that you might get a TGI Fridays which should be 281.
Katrina: Next we have instead of spinach and artichoke dip which is usually cream and cheesy based, we have spinach and artichoke hamas. Which is very good with veggies and some tortilla chips, whatever you would like.
Sarah: Next, we have Buffalo bites. Most girls do not look attractive when you eat Buffalo wings. They get all over your face really. There is no possible way to look cute eating them.
Katrina: Or guys too.
Sarah: Yes the guys do not care. So, we decided to get MorningStar Buffalo wings. A vegetarian but nobody will really notice unless you tell them. For five of these, it will run about 200 calories. But if you got them somewhere like Chili’s, it would be almost 500. So, pair it up with a little bit light blue cheese, and then you can also use some of the veggies for dipping and to make sure your mouth does not catch on fire, and really good.
Katrina: All right! The next one we have instead of a big piece pizza, greasy, hard to eat. We have pizza bites and instead of the pizza, pizza which is very greasy, we have only about 190 calories for five of them so, they are lot less greasy for your fingers, a little more pleasant to eat ladies and are not as many calories.
Sarah: Calories. And, they are also finger foods like you said they are easier to eat. But nobody really thinks that you are being a diet firmly.
Katrina: And they are fun. And, the boys do not notice.
Sarah: Frozen, in the oven, you are Betty Crocker. Then, lastly and my favorite, we have some homemade QuesaDillas. We took some low carbohydrate tortillas, whole wheat based, put some fat free cheddar cheese, grout chicken, some scallions, tomato fold them over, a little bit of garnish of fat free sour cream, and then we also have salsa here for the QuesaDillas. Now, for two of these huge slices, our QuesaDillas are only 155 calories. Typically if you got a case here from Taco Bell, over 500 calories which is a—
Katrina: As much as you eat after run five miles to burn out.
Sarah: So, pick your battles. So, I think that about does it?
Katrina: Yes.
