How to Make Easy Decisions in Tennis

Now, we see our two players pair up with one feeding a variety of shots with the other. The objective is for the hitter to call out either 1, 2 or 3 as the ball crosses the net to them after it is fed. Number 1, means the hitter is in a defensive position and will aim for depth, consistency and net clearance. Number.2 means the player will try to put pressure on their opponent with direction depth and moderate pace, and Number 3 means that the player will try to hit at the outright winner. The result of practicing this exercise is consistency with less unforced errors, the natural result of early decision making.
