How to Make Firinda Mercan Part 3 So now let’s check on our fish because it smells like it's about done. You could already smell the bay leaves that I was talking about before and the garlic. This is going to be really hot and it's going to steam, so be careful taking it off. You want to take it off away from you. You could see how beautiful that snapper is. It's just a luscious meaty fish. You could see that all the oils and butters have dissolved nicely. So, we’ll just going to put it in for maybe five minutes just to let the top get really nice and crispy and flaky.
