Fish Taco is a hugely popular in California. And if you want to make a good fish taco at home, you’ve got to have a good white sauce.
This fish taco white sauce I'm going to show you is so simple. It’s basically mayo, plain yogurt, some chipotle hot sauce and a little bit of lime juice.

First, you’re going to get equal parts of mayo and plain yogurt. I've used the third cup each here. Place it in a new mixing bowl. Just whisk this together, add a little bit of lime juice, hereabout a teaspoon and then I like to use a dash of chipotle hot sauce, about a half of teaspoon.
Now, I just transfer to a container and I'm going to chill this until my fish tacos are ready.
When ready to serve, spoon the chilled white sauce over your fish, top with shredded white cabbage and chopped tomatoes.
