How to Make Gimlet Cocktail

This drink is going to be a Gimlet. This can be served on the rocks or straight up. Right now, we will serve it straight up. So we’ll chill our martini glass.

Basically, there are two ingredients in a Gimlet, which is just vodka and lime juice. They want it sweet or not too sweet. That’s going to depend on the amount of lime juice, so if they want it less sweet, it’s more vodka.

So let’s take our vodka. We are getting about three ounces of alcohol here. We’re not going to make this one too sweet, just a little bit of lime juice. You can ruin it by putting in too much. Give it a good shake, dump out your ice, pour it in a glass, garnish with a lime and you’re done.
