Speaker: Glazed Lemon Bread. For one loaf, you will need three tablespoon olive oil, three fourth cup sugar, two tablespoon lemon juice, two eggs, one three fourth cups flour, two twelve teaspoon baking powder, half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon orange juice, one tablespoon grated lemon rind.
Add three tablespoon olive oil, add three fourth cup sugar, add two tablespoon lemon juice,add two eggs mix well. In second bowl add one three fourth cups flour, add two and a half teaspoon baking powder, add half teaspoon salt mix well. Combine both mixtures.
Add half cup orange juice or milk, add one tablespoon grated lemon rind mix well. Put in bread pan, bake at 325 Fahrenheit for about 50 minutes. For lemon glaze you will need one tablespoon lemon juice, two tablespoon sugar. Mix one tablespoon lemon juice, add two tablespoon sugar. Remove pan from oven, brush with lemon glaze, return to oven for five minutes. Remove from oven and glaze second time, bake for five minutes longer.
