I love Quinoa too I didn't know you can make tobule with it.
I make it adding red peppers chopped, sauteed onion, Quinoa cooked with chicken stock, celantro, parsley,green onion, walnuts(toasted) lemon juice, olive oil,chopped tomato, chopped zucchini, or any other garden vegetable that is prevalent. We like it warm but never strait from the freg.
