Jason Hill: Hi! I’m Chef Jason Hill. This is homemade Guacamole; it’s made with fresh Avocados, fresh onion, fresh tomato, fresh cilantro, lime juice and jalapenos.
This is stored by Avocado dip; the number one ingredient is Canola oil, along with several other ingredients that I would reach you if I could pronounce them. I think there is Avacado in there somewhere; we won’t be eating this today. Guacamole is a Mexican food that grows great with most Mexican food recipes. This dip is also made its way into the American hamburger. Let’s start by choosing three ripe Avocados; look for Avocados that are soft to the touch and tip that can easily be removed by your finger. Let’s go with rest of ingredients, one ripe Roma tomato, small bunch of Cilantro that we will chop four green onions that we will dice pair of tablespoon of sliced Jalapenos and one fresh lime. Now let’s dice the onion and I’ll rough cut the Cilantro, let’s fine dice our tomato and mince the peppers. Now it’s time to scoop out our Avacado. Okay, let’s have the rest of our ingredients.
Here is a quick chipped juice of citrus fruits; roll them back in force for about 30 seconds, before you cut them in half, that makes for better juice extraction when squeeze the lime. Now cut in half. Okay, all we need is a standard fork and we are going to do a little mashing. Okay, this is about what’s you want right here, now you just season with salt and pepper to taste. Another tip, you can add a teaspoon of a jalapeno brine to give this a little bit more tang. Get a one more quick mix after you season it, cayado serving dish. Here is another chef tip, keep the seed in the Guacamole to keep it from turning brown. Well, I thank to Guacamole right in your own home and it was this easy. Thanks for tubing in.
