Patti Morena: Okay for my salad, let me get my ingredients together. I have got my broccoli, and I have got my basil here and I have got some wonderful Heirloom tomato, a bunch of different kinds. There are some large red, I have got “Tiffin Mennonite”. They came out yellow. Isn't that amazing. Ooh look at that. Wow, you can smell, how delicious they smell now and I am going to leave these relatively big. I am not making with the salsa or anything I am really making a salad and this is really what it is going to consist of primarily are these tomatoes.
I want to make them pretty chunky. You know what I have been doing lately, is just using oil and vinegar as my dressing on my seasoning because I have got such amazing flavorful food and fruit and vegetables from the garden that you really even don't need that much seasoning. This is Eva Purple Ball tomato. So alright I can't resist I have to try this. This is exactly how a tomato should taste. Two fell out of the bowl, what do I do with them. I have no idea. So to finish off my tomato salad here it's looking scrumptious. I have got tons of basil here and I am going to chop up the broccoli. Look at that delicious salad. The basil is absolutely amazing. You know it could be a little saltier but I am going to let people put their own salt. Yum, wonderful.
I want to go feed my chicks. Oh go crazy, There you go guys come on, come on let's see, what you can do? Yeah come on and show what you can do?
