Some ribbon into your wreath. I have got a piece of ribbon cut right here. This is probably a yard and a fourth and I am going to put it on my wreath first before I add my bows, so it will all have some loops that kind of come down besides my wreath. I am going to pitch it right in the middle. I like to put my bows over to the left side a little bit. You can put it in the middle or the right side. Everybody had a different purposes. Alright, I am going to stick this right up in here. It is wonderful working with the spring Christmas tree because all of these little stems are wired. I am just going to twist until these green stems right in and around tying this end. Just kind of bend it around, so it will hold it, and then right there in that spot is where I am going to attach my bow.
I am going to pull this just out of the way, so I can put my bow on. Now, I got the pipe clear sticking out at the back with my bow. We are going to tie it. I am going to point it in and make sure you get a whole new loop. The main wire the holds the wreath together, I will put it in and reach in to put the other and reach around behind and just twist it several times. It is real easy to anchor really in and then I will just kind of point it up inside the wreath, so if you can see, it is sticking out the back.
Alright, the first thing I am going to do is anchor this little side—pieces, I am pinching, and I want it to stick up just a little bit. So I am going to tuck it right in here, I am going to bend one of these green stems right over the end of it and pull it around, and that will hold it. You do not need and glue or anything else. I am going to come up here on this side and I will do the same thing—just bring these little stem out of my way a little bit. I am going to bring it up and pinch it, tuck it into the wreath and twist another green stem right around that tail. You can just set this wire. You can run your fingers on it and curl it.
Now, we have got the two streamers coming out at the bottom or out bag, run your fingers along the wired edge and that kind of makes it curl. Now, we will do the same thing that I did o the sides, I want it to come out a little bit. I do not want it to be pulled straight down, so I am going to pinch it right about here, tuck it in right there and bend another green stem around you. Now, I can see I probably got my big loops a little bit long. We have to trim a little bit, but I would rather start out with them too long and not have enough ribbon. Fold this long and I am going to catch this one and tuck it up inside the wreath and twist another green stem around it.
I am going to go ahead right now and trim this off just a little. That is following up the curl. I always like to cut it in the edges to just make it look new and more finished. Now, my bow looks very clean like it is. It is in place. It is stiff and it is wired. But just to make sure it stays there, I am going to grab some of these green stems from the wreath and some of the outside loops of the bow, I am going to bring a green stem into the loop and kind of tuck it up in there and that just anchors it better. Make sure it is just not going anywhere.
We will go back here and everyone from the side. Make sure your streamers not get stuck while you are working with the bow. You can straighten that out. So this will bring some to my bow to stick out, so what they do, they just bend them down inside the bridge. They do not need to be sticking out. All right, that is how the wreath looks with the bow and the extra ribbon added.
