I love this shake. Moreover, I am always seeking a way to get real food protein, without having to add protein powders. I think this video is EXCELLENT. Guest from 4 months ago, has a protein profile that completely differs with mine. I added the protein to about 25. Can you elaborate on how we can boost the protein just a bit and not compromise taste or feel the need to add icky powders? Thanks. Great information!

Protein skakes are only expensive if you buy from the chemists and retail outlets. Best place is online. The best place to buy quality protein without any chemicals is a company called myprotein. I buy the Ultimate Whey Supplement 5lb. At over 2.2kg it lasts me 2 months, well worth it. It mixes well, tastes great, the comes in lots of different flavours which aren't sickly and i'd say it's just as good as maximuscle which I used before, only it's much cheaper! at less than 27 quid with the 5% with discount code MP70935 it's the best deal for price & quality which i've found so far. http://www.myp rotein.co.uk/mp-max/ whey-protein/true-wh ey-(5lb)/ discount code MP70935 Hope it helps, Rik :D

A medium sized Banana has 1g, an egg has 2.5g and 1/2 pint of milk has 9.0g and two spoons of peanut butter 6g = Total = 18.5g of protein. Even four of these shakes would not be enough for a 100kg man who is training. Also, you risk salmonella poisoning from eating raw eggs. If you total the cost of the ingredients it would work out to be more expensive per serving than buying even whey isolate. A nice video, but some there are some discrepancies.
