How to Make Irish Cream
Around Saint Patrick’s Day, Irish cream always seems to make a comeback, so I thought it would be fun to share a home made Irish cream recipe with you today.
Hi, I’m Chef Jason Hill and this Irish cream recipe is great mixed to an Irish cream cake or you can use to make an Irish coffee, but personally I like it over the rocks.
First, you’re going to want to crack three eggs into a dish or to a blender and then you’re going to follow that with the eight cups of chocolate syrup.
Then let’s blend the eggs then the chocolate together. Now, we’re going to add two tablespoons of vanilla, two tablespoons of water. I got a 14-ounce can of sweetened condensed milk. Mix well to combine.
Next, quickly blend in two tablespoons of brandy and a cup of Irish whisky. Finally, I lightly blended one cup of heavy whipping cream.
We’re going to refrigerate this for 24 hours and will be ready tomorrow. After 24 hours, it’s time to enjoy this awesome Irish cocktail. Slancha!
